Premier's Jim Hara gets called when things get cooking

Many companies say they succeed by delivering top-quality service. Restaurant design and equipment-supply company Premier has grown on that promise for 25 years.

"They're a company I value and trust. I don't have to worry about that part of the equation when we're building a restaurant," said David Burley, co-owner of St. Paul-based Blue Plate Restaurant Co., which operates popular restaurants like Edina Grill, The Lowry and Freehouse. He's also president of the Minnesota Restaurant Association and a long-time client of Premier.
